Farm to Factory
COWBERRY's farm produce is free from harmful chemicals and pesticides as we use cow manure, which works as the best organic fertilizer for growing crops! After that, the produce is sent to the processing unit for rigorous quality checks. The seeds/produced undergo lab testing for over 250 banned chemicals, as per NPOP/NOP standards!

COWBERRY is dedicated to raising the quality of its products through a meticulous cleaning process that effectively separates impurities based on density, size, and color. Initially, a thresher machine cleans the seeds, followed by a thorough washing and drying process using water spray. Once cleaned, the produce is stored in cold storage to maintain its quality.
COWBERRY operates three cold storage facilities: one for grains, another for dry fruits, and a third for fruits and vegetables. These facilities play a crucial role in extending the shelf life of products by slowing down the activities of microorganisms. This comprehensive cleaning and storage approach ensures that only the best produce reaches our customers, highlighting COWBERRY's commitment to quality assurance.
Milling and Winning
Our products undergo minimal processing to retain the goodness of the grain. We believe in the art of traditional stone milling which lends a distinct characteristic to our products. Unlike high-speed steel rollers, Chakki stones grind at a slow speed and cool temperature, a production ‘secret’ that allows us to seal in the freshness and bring you wholesome, quality foods, just as nature intended. Milling Supervisors ensure complete in-process testing and deliver the proof of our concept home.
Organic Packaging Experience
At COWBERRY, our commitment to organic practices extends beyond our products to their packaging as well. We utilize vibrant colors and modern designs that truly distinguish us in the market. Whole products, such as grains, are packed using a granule filler machine, while our powdered products, like Atta, are filled with a servo auger filler machine. For larger quantities, such as 5kg and 10kg bags, we employ a highly efficient dropping machine. This meticulous approach ensures that nature's goodness reaches your home safely and conveniently.
