COWBERRY A2 Cow Ghee is crafted using the traditional bilona method, made from the A2 milk of indigenous Gir cows raised in the fertile grasslands of Gujarat, where cow-based farming has been practised with care and reverence for generations. Fresh A2 milk is first cultured into curd, then slowly hand-churned to extract butter, which is gently heated to produce golden, aromatic ghee. This ancient, unhurried process is the original way ghee was always made, and at COWBERRY, it is the only way we make it.

A2 bilona ghee is naturally rich in healthy fats, fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K, and butyric acid, a short-chain fatty acid known to support gut health, reduce inflammation, and strengthen immunity.
