Senior Executive - Operations
Job Description
The Senior Executive in the Fulfillment Center of the Food Industry is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the fulfillment center. This position involves strategic planning, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient order processing, inventory management, and adherence to food safety standards. The Senior Executive plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and contributing to the overall success of the fulfillment center.
Responsibility and Deliverables
- Drive warehouse end to end operations Inbound to outbound.
- Knowledge in Inventory management would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of P&L would be an added advantage.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor entire operations shift wise and exceptions cases/network on daily basis.
- Follow up with all the shortage/excess case on daily basis and also update mass updating in system accordingly
- Coordinate with other departments, such as inventory control and customer service, to address fulfillment issues.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Ensure to give proper briefing to subordinates/staffs about the all exceptions for avoid in future
- Sorted out issues/concerns of staff/supervisors day to day operations
- Defines the KRA of Executive and Supervisors
