Picker / Packer
Job Description
We are currently seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our warehouse team as Picker/Packers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate and efficient packing of products for our e-commerce retail customers.
Responsibility and Deliverables
- Accurately pick items from shelves or designated storage areas based on customer orders.
- Ensure that the correct quantity and quality of items are picked for each order.
- Safely and securely pack picked items into boxes or packaging materials.
- Report to supervisors any damaged, defective items or discrepancies in inventory.
- Daily count the inventory & cross check the expiry or near expiry products on priority basis.
- Ensure to check expiry, near expiry & dusting cleaning of the products on daily basis
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) during work hours.
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Report any issues or challenges related to order picking and packing promptly.
- Adapt to changes in workflow, priorities, or procedures.
