Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of machines used in the repackaging process of food products. Responsibility and Deliverables

• Set up and configure machines based on product specifications and packaging requirements.
• Ensure proper calibration and adjustment of machines for each production run.
• Operate assigned machines efficiently to repack food products according to customer orders.
• Conduct regular inspections of repackaged products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address and troubleshoot more complex issues.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production output, and any issues encountered during the shift.
• Complete required documentation for quality assurance and traceability purposes.
• Collaborate with other members of the repackaging team and communicate effectively with supervisors and maintenance staff.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and new technologies related to machine operation.
